I bought a wheel and tyre package through ebay which was all balanced before freighted...
At about 100-110kmh the whole car vibrates... Could this be because they weren't balanced very well? or do i need locating rings or? Thanks.

getting someone to check the tyre balance would be a good start. definately sounds like a dodgy balance.
did the wheel nuts come with the rims? i know some ford nuts have flat mating surfaces and won't match up with new wheels with conical mating surfaces meaning that the wheel could go on not quite centered. but i dunno 4 sure.

Yep - Id say a bloody s**t balancing job.
Weight could have fallen off during transport. My old set had a slight vibration at 100km/h, rotated the front's to the back and it almost disappeared. (being front is more sensitive to balancing) give this at ry if you can't get to a tyre shop any time soon.
