I have one going on the new motor, I brazed a 90 deg barbed fitting into the back of my fuel rail so I can mount the reg off one of the bolts in the intake manifold beside the motor, mainly so it is easy to get to when we tune it and I was told the ones that actually fit the back of the fuel rail are puss.

Yeap that sound good. I am not mounting mine on the fire wall though mine willbe mounted off the BBM , but there is no reason why you can't mount it on the fire wall I have seen some mounted onto the strut tower too. good luck
