since superlows get close to raising those legality questions depending on your suspension setup.....wouldnt ultralows just be askin for it ?

yeah you would probably be asking for the cops to hasle you but they don't seem to hassle most of the Ford boys out my way, just the commo idiots. Try to see if you have 100mm clearance under your car, if you're close to that already, then you would be asking for legal hassles if you went a bit lower.

Just put lows in the back
I had king superlows all the way around my EB Ghia.. looked great (see avatar) but when I did the V8 conversion, I had to get new springs, and decided Low was a better choice.. alot less clearnace issues on driveways and speedhumps. I also have the same problem with the back sitting lower, doesnt help having a full tank of fuel, a full tank of LPG (plus the weight of the tank) and 50KG+ of audio gear in the boot, so I'll be putting king Standards in the back in the hope to even it up. Having the back sitting higher looks alot better than sitting lower. Look at any of the sporty beemers.. BMW aftermarket tuners always have the back sitting higher for loading and handling performance.
