i just have MSD boots on the leads, cut the original ones off and put the msd ones on. never had a problem with them.

hey guys i have a 5a or something msd in the shed of a 302 Windsor would that work on my car?
and would there be much gain with out the blaster3 coil

i think its the old version of the street fire it only goes up to 3000 rpm

the 5 is an inductive ignition not a capacitive ignition and is in no way related to teh street fire cdi

ok i just thought it was because my dad says it only runs up to 3000 rpm
so would it work on my car and give me gains?
also what dose cdi stand for
