Alot of online parts stores have had them before, can t see why they wouldnt anymore. Even ebay should have some.
Or make one, it was piss easy and practically free! Win win

this will start an arguement between people.
they are basicly the same, the stops are a lil differant, but do the same job. i have the billit one, the stock shifter has the same feel and movement as a bus gearbox. some of the best money ive spent on my car, made a massive differance, almost straight up 2>3rd, actually alot easier around town. i got mine from "bomber" on these forums in a gruop buy, from mem he is a rep for them or somthing. |

Billet shifter has more resistance in the 'return to centre' spring, so is alot easier/quicker to shift 2nd to 3rd.
But it also makes the shifter feel a bit notchier and physically more effort to shift. Steeda had not as much spring for 2nd to 3rd, so you had to still consciously take it across the gate, but it doesn't take much more effort then stock to shift. Billet shifter is also slliiiiightly shorter in it's shift, but the difference is fukkall. I've had both fitted, thats what I found, others may disagree. I preferred the steeda for just putting around, the billet is/was (I have the billet fitted now and sold the steeda) better for driving more aggressively.
