Im guessing its non turbo? If so..

Basically intake, extractors and 2.5" exhaust. Unfortunately extractors and exhaust wont be inexpensive unless you can find something second hand in good condition.

For the intake side of things, high flow filter in the airbox, pod or panel, whatever you want, its up to you :P, XR6T snorkel (i dont think normal XR6's got the bigger snorkel - someone should be able to clarify this) and a typhoon type intake from behind the headlight. Good example of this would be FordFreak's one, it'll cost you a few dollars and maybe 30-45 mins of your time with the right tools

Save up for headers and a tune.

Only thing I would do on intake is a bigger snorkel if you feel the need. On a stock car with a (judging by age) clean filter its not worth changing.
