Just wondering if anyone knows what goes here?

Obvious its for a switch but what for i dont know.

Its an 2000 au ute.

Done a search round but no luck

Well ill have a guess and say one of them is for the boot. Obviously which you dont have :P

The other one i would think is for the fuel filler door.

It's for the boot release & fuel door flap if you had a sedan

They used the same wiring between the different body styles.
