Id say it would be alright if you plan to use the car mainly for the track, drags etc. Wouldnt recommend one for everyday driving though.
I personally dont have one, havent driven a car with one. Just heard stories from people who have had one in their car. They all said similiar things about the minispool. It puts a bit more stress on your drivetrain, will have a negative affect with regards to handling, easier loss of traction when turning , wears out tyres quicker. Theres probably a few more negatives to add too. Considered a diff locker instead of the spool? |

How much power? Also manual or auto?
I would run the s**t tyres possible hahaha It will probably want to chop out the diff bush pretty quick if it's skipping flatout, and if you've got a bit of power I don't reckon the CVs will like it much.

20's n stock half shafts.... can you say snap ? lol
i reckon my ea held better burnouts with the 2.92 in it, harder to start (still not an issue) but when it started it wouldn't stop n you get the really torquey tank slappin drifts goin rather than revvin out so hard. although my bf is a different story, the standard diff is doughy as.

i just want the better gears to get off the line quicker for track work.. definatly not for hard launches on the street of course.. but the ability to flick some high boost hoops couldnt hurt maybe..

As long as its got no traction you will be fine
I am not recommending you fit some soft as f**k tyres on the stockies and smoke them up at every opportunity, that would be irresponsible of me

A Kazz lets you drive around corners without locking the diff but as soon as you put power through it, it locks. Kinda like an air locker but it uses oil instead and is controlled by the amount of torque you put down.

My last irs equipped (not the BF) car had a very tight 2 way diff in it, and it did give the bushes hell, but if you take it a little easier than a drift car, it will be ok.
