ok so iv had 2hotwire my car and each time need to w8 30min to bypass smartlock...a headache but will do for time being...is there anyway i can get a key to fit tho old nc or do i need a locksmith....i can get a new key and barrel for under 50bucks but cant get the old barrel out without original key....any ideas????can i dissable smartlock altogether??? is there something

Mate, you can remove the entire barrel from the steering column. And then replace with a barrel and useable key etc.

Then retrain the Smartlock to recognise the new barrel.

well the whole lock barrel an put a new 1 on as mine on the black beast is f**k an need a new 1
