Is this Cam from a ED Sprint, and will it fit a stock EF V8? And would it be worth it?

ahh thats a crank not a cam,you might of loaded the wrong pic up

If you fit 1:7 roller rockers on std cam you'll end up with near same specs..
ED Sprint is same engine as Cobra Mustang.. They both use 1:7 roller rockers..
Imo the Crane 2031 with 1;7 rockers or 2030 with 1.6 ratio rockers..
The rotating assembly on roller 5.0's is interchangalbe through whole 8.2 deck height..
With flat tappet motors.. The ballance is different on flywheel/ ballancer..
EF is the same as EB and latter..
