Anyways, got any Ford dealers nearby? Ford spare parts should stock them. Other option is to go the wreckers and ask for a set.

yeh just need a set for a cam install, ahk ford spare parts thanks for that. wrecker said they dont dismantle engine,which was fair enough.

pick-a-part (or similar)

take a 13mm and a 10mm socket with you and some basic stuff like rags, pliers and grab your self a set from the same model as your car.

will be much cheaper than from fraud, also a good warmup to a cam change if you havnt done one before.
