i have a ef 5spd conversion wit a heavy duty clutch last week i noticed it was getting really hard to get in to gear wit not much clutch pla so i got a new cable hooked it all up then realised that were the cable goes through the firewall it was cracked and folded through therfor the cable not having any adjustment i hear this happins onften alonf with the pedal box breaking and solutions????

yeah mate i had the exact same problem i made a plate at work and replaced my heavy duty clutch with an exedy standard sports replacement clutch all good now ... there is a thread some were on how to make the plate u need a certain angle for the pipe to go through to ya pedal box for the cable ohhhhh and also check ya pedal box my pedal was bent and the box was all cracked had to bend it all back got a boiler maker at work to weld it up and make it stronger havent had a problem since....

first. some punctuation would have been nice, slabs of text suck, makes it slower for people to help.
