I just did a brake pad change on the front of my ED Fairmont. Do I only need to bleed the front cylinders or all?

If there is someone to give you a hand, you might as well do all. Doesn't take that long, and you'll know there is good fluid there.

Just changing the pads doen't mean you have to bleed them at all. Unless you opened the bleeder to press the piston back.
If this is the case you can just bleed the front ones, but it is better to do the 4 as a group.

When was the last time you had all the fluid changed? It's worth doing every year. I do both cars and m/c brakes and clutch each year.

Self bleeder kits are pretty handy for this sort of thing as well - all they are is a clear hose with a checkvalve. Most auto outlets carry them.
