So you just randomly built a motor before deciding on your power adder?
You mentioned you used a 3.9 crank, I'm guessing you believe that has some sort of significance? Ignoring the ridiculousness of this thread, what are you using the car for, what are the power aims, whats the budget, what driveline etc. etc.

I would go supercharger just because more people have turbos

i reakon you should get yourself a recent street fords mag they have a write up from turbos to supercharger selection and that should answer most of your queastions.

Big single turbo FTW.
Can be cheap, and alot cheaper than blower, and done right will be reliable

turbo suits the i6 layout better overall than supercharging. it has more potential than either a screw type or centrifuge supercharger. the centri's like raptors are great for simple operations, for those who dont want nutter levels of power. its just long stroke inline motors are naturaly suited to turbocharging due to the long stroke generating relatively high gas velocity at low rpm.
this is why most trucks are turbo charged, as the majority use long stroke low rpm inline 6 cyl arangements. the mass of air being moved at low rpm by the long stroke cylinders is very effective at getting low end boost up, which is often a problem on undersquare rev happy fours and sixes, which makes them feel lagy (read vtec).
