I can't give any advice, but let us know how the balancer turns out. I've been waiting to see if anyone was going to go ahead with one and how much performance gain there is.

it might be a waste of time and money but every little bit helps. Anything that helps the motor run more free will also improve other modifications that you do to your car as well. Let us know how it feels afterwards

i would say the greatest plus for installing an undersdrive pulley would be the resulting lower wear and tear on your accesories if you intend to spin to high rpm once or twice a week.
the PS pump and water pump are not big fans of doing top end rpm very often. over time spirited driving will wear them down. they just arn't desgned with this in mind.
