hey guys im lowering my fairmont today was wondering how to release the shocks and springs from the rear thanks and any tips if you have them

$250 cash and a trip to my local TFF got my ba xt lowered with super low king springs on all four corners.

when i did mine i put 2 hose clamps on the shocker to stop it pulling in, when the spring was takin off?

When I did mine just undid the bottom of the shock used a bar for leverage pull the spring out. And just reverse for putting one in. Just use your little car jack on your rotor to pull it up a bit so you can get your shock bolt back in. The rear are a piece of piss to do. (Well in the fairlanes anyway wouldn't think the rears would be that much diff)
