The heading says it all... I really want to find one close to ACT or in ACT

It's doesn't need electrics or lights... even a broken one will do

might settle for ealier modle if someone has one laying around

I have one that im selling. If you still need one that is. Its from an EF and i dont think anything was wrong with it. And im in VIC might pose a problem but that's what AUSPOST is for.
