How do i remove the headunit out of my car?

beside the ashtray should be 2 screw either side, take them out should open like a hinge on the top.. pull it off and it will reveal the headunit and most likely have torx screws holding it in, this is were a torx bits come handy...once undone the head unit should slide out... hope this helps

you'll need the "security" type torx bits as the screw has a pin in the middle

if u cant find tamper(security) proof torx bits, u can sometimes get away with a smallish flat blade screwdriver.

Or do what I have done with all of them. Use a normal torx bit, and bash it into the screw while you brace the bracket from behind with a long flathead. It works...
