How do I connect the snorkel to an el? Do I have to cut it at all? Help please!

You don't have to cut the snorkel, but I have found that you have to cut some plastic supports off the thermo fans...the plastic arms that hold the electric motor into the centre...I think there were like 2 or 3 that needed to be cut, after that it fits nicely.

Dont cut the snorkel!! As phong said, it rubs on the thermofan shroud so you have to either cut the little fins out of the surround where it hits, pretty sure is 3 from memory for it to sit without rubbing, or you can grind them down, which is what i did. Its a bit of a tight fit but it does go on.

If you find it wont reach the original snorkel mounting holes like i did you might have to drill 2 new holes in the little lip back from the radiator support panel and mount it there but be careful you dont drill too far and get into the radiator. Trim a little bit off the edge of the snorkel where the holes are so that it fits nicely against the lip.
