u can just wire up the fairlane footwell courtesy lights. i just grabbed a few t10 sockets from the wreckers(found in the tbar indicator light) and wired them up together with a 1200mm wiring inbetween, there is a courtesy light wire that runs to the front of the console and just bridged them into that. the sockets and globes sit in the factory position just below the glovebox and just below the fusebox on the drivers side. took me about 1/2 hour to wire.
u can put the coloured leds from autobarn etc straight in to the sockets too
