I dont think you would need to, as the XR springs and Lows are around the same and they dont have anything different.

I had S/lows for a long while pn my sedan without the camber kit, and no excessive wear on the inside edges. However, the same springs and shocks on the wagon seemed to be wearing more. In my opinion, you can go without, but keep an eye on the tyres for excessive wear, and then if you need a kit, install one later.
