It looks like a Fairlane Ghia, with concorde wheels on it... what makes it special other then that? any badging tags labels documentation?

Did you read the description and look at the links? or did you just look at the photo's?
And yes there is documentation. The VIN number for the limited edition is unique to the stardard VIN description codes.

they look like NL Concorde wheels to me.

C'mon guys if you read the description and click (or have a knowledge of the NF/NL fairlanes) on the links you would see that it is the same wheel.

I've seen this Fairlane in the metal. It's in top condition. Well looked after.

And yeah the NL Limited Edition got NF Sportsman wheels, which are teh same as Concode wheels, but the Concorde got them painted gold.
