Just a quick q?

Are BA XR6 17"s 7" or 8" wide?

I have a mate who is selling some 255/40/R17s cheap, so need to know width of rim to see if these will fit or balloon too much. Currently have 235s on it

Yep, nice chunky rim. I've got 235s on mine, looks like you could go to 255s without much drama, perhaps clearance issues on the front end depending on offset? Are you running spacers or pre au copies?

Ah, should be good then!
Buy another pair and stick em on the front!
Would stick to the road like glue!
