Hey guys I've been wanting more light in my boot, and love symmetry so decided to add a second light, when I was thinking about it I started thinking about hiding some wiring that I destroyed in the previous falcon, bit of pre-emptive repairing.

Anyway where i was thinking about running it is over the top of the two lights through the channel.
Obviously running it directly over will melt it and cause it to short etc.

Anyway my problem is I'm wondering ways to overcome this issue.

1st possibility is Leds, but these would be two directional and not emit as much light? since I'm chasing more as it is.?

2nd possibility some sort of heat shielding over the loom itself?
heard of something to do with Teflon covering?

3rd possibility some sort of cover to lift the wiring and cut back some of the radiant heat, maybe some pvc conduit cut in half to sit over it?

I know ones backwards but just to show you what I'm getting at.
