Is the ABS ring in the front rotors easily removable? I'm wanting to see if I can fit them to the hubs on my big brake kit and get ABS on my car.

They are removable, but I'm not sure if they will fit into your big rotor's or not, we will find out soon enough though.
You just need to get a small slide hammer or screw driver and lever them out, trying your best not to bend em. They ABS Rings are set at a certain distance from the rotor, you might need to look in your workshop manual or google to find out the distance they are ment to be set apart. EDIT: They rings are set at a certain distance from the ABS SENSOR

the rings are removeable and will probly fit ya hubs. just pry em off and straiten them if they get bent. as long as they still sit close to the wheel speed sensor they will still work ok.
i got a brake kit from UPC and he simply sent 2 new genuine ford tone wheels that i had to fit onto the hub. no abs dramas here |
