Hello all...

As title says chasing the the strips of the sides of the front windscreen... Thats the ones held in with 5 or 6 screws located under the front door rubbers... Want them in good nic with no chips or flakes in the plastic sort of paint stuff that they have on them...

photos and prices would be greatly appreciated... they would need to be sent to NSW 2705...

preferably not as it doesn't seem to be paint on them... Seems more like a plastic-y sort of stuff they are dipped in? Plus they are already rusted...

mine were just faded so i gave them a coat of matt black and there as good as new...

This is what I'm considering doing to my ED, cept I was gonna go abit more classy and paint them in an AU Pearl Black Acrylic (those power plus tins from Autobarn).

Maybe you should head that path aswell? the plastics do fade if they are left in the weather for some time.
