I'm getting the engine mounts replaced in the EF next week and was quoted around $300 EACH for them plus fitting. I think they must have been genuine Ford items for that money.

I checked at REPCO and they stock Kelpro aftermarket mounts for about $160 each, quite a saving. Kelpro have a huge range of mounts, so I'm assuming their quality is OK?

Does anyone have experience with the aftermarket mounts. I'd be interested to hear your comments.

Cheers, Mike

I went for the Kelpro's, got them for $130 each. Fitting took two hours, so about $160 bucks. It's a tough job and I thought I'd let someone else do the hard work for a change!

Car feels nice and tight now without the 5.0 rattling around in the bay. :)
