jaysway wrote: what is the standard falcon ea-ed sway bar size? and ef-el sway bar? 24mm? Std size for a rear sway bar is 22mm ( EA to EL). On the AU sedan ( without IRS ) they are 23mm, but they are hollow, made from tube, not solid like EL backwards.

Just adding a pointer on the rear sway bar mounts.
Between the EA-ED and the EF or EL I THINK, the EF/EL one's are thicker than the EA-ED's. When I bought my ED from Steady ED, the roadworthy bloke found that my drivers side rear sway bar Mount had completely cracked, and that rod that goes through the mount was hanging out at an peculiar angle, the Passenger side mount was also cracked too, but it was only cracked, for the Driver's side one, my dad welded a washer inside the mount, and we just bogged up the crack on the other side, and filed it down as best as we could so we could fit the rod and the new bushes at the same time. I've got a brand new pair of EL Rear Sway bar mount's sitting here looking pretty, I can take photo's of them to show you's all the thickness of them. I opted for the cheap and nasty washer option, because the ED Brackets where spot welded on as well as that bolt that went through them aswell, but to this day I think I still should have upgraded the crappy ED brackets for those much thicker EL Brackets I purchased in the first place. Hope that helps a tiny bit.

I used shockie mount bushes and allen socket cap screws with cone lock nuts for the outer link kits. Cone lock nuts won't come undone under vibration like nyloc nuts can.
