Why do you want to put one on? Cant you put any other steering wheel on since you dont have a Airbag?
There's a guy on here that has installed a BA steering wheel on his EF/EL. |

ive been told u Change the steering rack and steering arm to ef/el and the ba and thesteering wheel will go onto that... Im gonna try it out soon..

Haha yeh bolts onto the ef/el column, I think pimpltd or someone said you can just use the top half of the column with the older lower half, have bit of a look in the garage. Then just to work out the electrical side of things, to whatever degree you feel.
I have a ba xr wheel and airbag here if your interested by the way.
