Hi, attatched video... Please tell me what this noise is... It f**k s**t me an comes and goes when it pleases... only happens at really really slow speeds,like 5-10k's...

sounds like your hand brake

Yeh i'd say brake drums, Mine started making a whirling noise after i installed new shoes and rotors.

Few K's and adjustments its all good.

Cheers guys, yeah i was really concerned and was worried that since id got the car lowered / new shocks, with all the f**k around i do, kicking it out on gravel, spinning it out on ovals, and fun in empty car parks had f**k something on underneath that was making the noise.. But this morning it dawned on me that it only happened at times when I had used my handbreak recently, ie, when i first start it up, or sometimes when i use the handbreak at a red light..

But yeah what do I do to get it fixed? Hu's good to go to?

a specialist at breaking and suspensions it might just be the pads need replacing otherwise the discs or calipers
