Hi
My son has a 347 Stroker with clevo heads in my Falcon and every time the engine gets to normal operational temperature it breaks down in spark and develops a bad miss under pressure, all thru the rev range.
The leads have been replaced, it’s got a Pro-Comp Ignition & new NGK plugs, 650 Holley Vac’ 289 Torker Manifold. C4 Auto, ‘9’ Diff,
I don’t know what the motor is out of or how old it is,
Could I need higher Temp’ plugs?
Doesn’t miss a beat when under normal operating temp & pressure

I'd say that's your problem right there. Pro-comp makes some pretty poor quality stuff. Some people do alright with them but they don't hold a candle to a proper high performance setup like MSD, ICE etc.

i previously had a similar issue with a pro comp ignition that was fitted to a chrysler v8..
and while they look fancy my ignition module only lasted about 8 months then it started to miss under load..
so i replaced it with a std one and the car actually performed better...
