It's the drivers side PCV valve adapter hosing on my BA XR8.

Seems quite a small thing to replace right? Well, I popped into my local dealer and he said that the only part that includes that hose also includes the cross-engine tube and potentially the passengers side PCV valve (BA 6758 A). $153.56

Does anyone have any advice on whether I can either get just this part somewhere from Ford, or if there's anything simple in the aftermarket that would sort me out?

The electrical tape is doing the trick for now, but I can't see it lasting too long....

Buy some catch cans and do away with it. Prevents oil in the upper plenum too.
