Good News! After swapping the fuel lines, I got the engine idling fast and the adjustable fuel pressure reg started working. DOH!
Distributor position needs adjusting again as it's up against the aircon pump. The idle is up and down a little so I don't know if it's a combination of the new cam, computer learning and the timing out a little. No funny engine noises other than HLAs. Is it normal for a few the HLAs to be ticking for a while when they've been removed and reinstalled (with extra shims)? The HLA retainers weren't reinstalled again. Thanks again.

HLAs do tend to have louder then usual ticking noises when they have been removed and installed, especially if you cleaned them up or they are brand spankers. Oil still needs to fill the arms up to lubricate the HLAs . Hope all goes well after this. phong =P~
