O would say the BA seats in the rear 'They would match the front ones and the car would look alt tidier.
What colour trim do you have ? |

[quote="frankieh"]When he says "rails" he doesn't just mean the runners at the bottom. You basically remove the seat back, and then the seat bottom and put them aside.. then do the same with the old seats and throw all the mech including the seat back include adjuster and everything aside.. then bolt the back and base onto the E series mech.. It's fiddley, but not very hard.
AU and BA are similar from a lot of perspectives.. so perhaps seating is one of them. Hey guys, well had a play with the seats... took the ef apart hoping to just swap the rails from the ef on to the ba bases only to realise that the runners are bolted on and welded to the rest of the seat mecahnicals. It's only now that i've gotten inside and read your post that it's making sense Frankieh. Looks like i'll have to have another crack at it next week. Didn't think to take pics either lol

If you can take a photo of the underside and under the plastic cover of the tilt adjuster.. I'll be able to tell you straight away if it's easily doable...

Keen to see how you go about it. Are you doing front and back? Front should be pretty straight forward with modifying the brackets. backs are a b**ch.

Front seats won't be that hard I suspect.. but the back ones are interesting if you plan to do it properly.... they go in easy.. it's fixing them in thats fun... not hard but..... fiddley..
