Are these any good with stock e7 heads and can they fit gt40p later?

i had a set on my ef. fit with e7's no worries, also attached em to some gt40p's i had on the bench, even though i didnt have plugs in it looked ok, i doubt u'd have any dramas. but when fitting them u will need different bolts than the standard ones.
