I take it you have used a new gasket? Also, go to Supercheap and get some Muffler Putty.
Smear this over both flanges and the gasket. Then after it is bolted together, smear some more all around the join. This stuff hardens and swells with heat. It won't look pretty, but it should work. BenJ

BenJ +1 Had the same issue when i fitted my extractors and 2.5" exhaust. Its just the condensation build up in the exhaust, and because there is probably the slightest gap between the mating surfaces it leaks out between the flanges. Do exactly what BenJ has descibed and it should fix it straight away, just get a grey one if you can so it doesnt stand out so bad, i got red stuff on mine |

Yep, that's the s**t I used. Yes, it is possible that the flange is on the wrong angle slightly. I would suggest you try it again, just use more maniseal this time. BenJ

Lol when i pulled my gasket out from between the flanges it came out in 2 pieces, it had 2 layers stuck together with sealant from new but just s**t itself, so i basically covered the flanges with the sealant stuff as well as the gasket on both sides, bolted it up tight, then went all around the flange with the sealant making sure to get it in all the gaps and worked wonders for me.

Use rtv blue silicone, dont rev it for ten mins or so. Will cook hard.
Exhaust shops use silicone to seal joints on a regular basis.

If it is constantly failing and you have used manisel get two new gaskets put the manisel on both sides of the gaskes and onthe flanges and then bolt them up align the gaskets properly and then tighten up. if that fails then a bent flang is the problem (nothing a good hits with the hammer can't fix)
