I think I have poured in the wrong Power Steering fluid for my 1999 Falcon AU
I poured in Valvoline Formula F (which has Designed for Late Model Ford Falcons written at the bottom) According to the Repco Consultant, I should be using synthetics. Should I get my power steering fluid flushed out? Or should I leave it as it is, the steering wheel is fine when I drive it

You mean the stuff I poured in is better than the synthetics?
The problem I've got is my Falcon AU is 1999, whereas I think the ED is 1993-1994 And Ive got concerns that the stuff I poured in is for the older models and not my 1999 one - what do you think?

dont worry about it, just leave it, it wont not wreck anything its just that its better suited for different models.

I was running the Ford stuff part number R1-424, in my EA. Had no probs with it. That stuff was made by Mobil, and is a Tractor transmission fluid that is amber in colour.
