Here's my XG Ute, which I am setting up to travel the east coast of Australia as soon as we're allowed to with all of the stuff that is going on with covid. I've had this car now for about 5 years, and it's been pretty good, although I've actually gone through a few different engines in it, and at o... |

Alright, simple question, I'm wondering where the vacuum for the Fuel pressure reg is supposed to connect on an EB/XG engine? The vacuum tree at the back of the inlet manifold (direct vacuum) would've been my thought, but the trouble is there's not enough vacuum connections. Because 1 goes to the br... |

What I've done in the past is, removed the exhaust manifold, and CUT that pipe, cut the end off another one and joined it with rubber hose, but what you've gotta remember is it gets pretty warm there so just keep an eye on it, was ok on my mate's car though. Alternatively I've seen people fit AN fit... |

Bridge the 2 wires at the neutral/start switch that controls it (from memory they are red and blue) if it starts, it's a fault with the neutral/start switch circuit, or wear in the linkages etc. If it DOESN'T start, check things like the connections to the battery, make sure the battery is fully cha... |

Have a really good look at the distributor cap, sometimes they can crack, or have some tracking/damage that's hard to see, I'd actually remove the distributor cap and have a really good look at it. Other than that, if it's a DEAD miss on 3 cylinders, you are obviously MISSING something, don't be a p... |

Unfortunately, this car got dismantled and donated it's parts to a BA F6 Typhoon mock up, and my EF, was my mate's car, but he grew tired of it, and he also went a little bit too far with the cutting to make a BA dash fit.

I found a couple of old Pioneer 2 way speakers, and put them up on the parcel shelf behind the seats, they improved things, it's still not great, but it's at least listenable now. I'd like some more suggestions if you have any.

Just after a little bit of advice on a budget, but good sounding stereo in an XG Falcon ute. There's not much room behind the seats to put anything, and the 4" original dash speakers are crap.

What is needed to put an EF/EL Radiator into XG? I'm sure one of you guys has done it.

I'm just wondering what a good sized carby to use on a fairly stock 302W would be? I'm not sure exactly what I'll fit the windsor to yet, so I guess it's a hard call (will probably end up in a Falcon though) but what do you guys think?

Alright so I know that an E Series has a BTR transmission, and I know that the 4 speed BA/BF box is a variation of the same box. I'm wondering if it's possible to get the tiptronic function from the B series working in the E Series box? What's involved? Do you need to change the valve body? Manual V... |

Can you fit ventilated rear discs off an XF Falcon to an E Series diff? If not, why not? Thought it might be a cheap/easy brake upgrade |

I am wanting to fit an AU motor to my XG ute, but change as LITTLE as possible, so is it possible to run the EA-ED/XG V belt arrangement on an AU engine? What mods need to be done? or is it serpentine belt only?
