1960 XK Falcon Wagon.

I should pick her up in a couple of weeks :D but thought I would get the thread started.

Plans at the moment are:

Disc brakes
Airbags
4 link rear
289 or 302
ITB's
C4

Show level finish on everything

Perfect starting point:

I actually like the rat rod look, but I enjoy buffing and polishing so she will be shiny.

It's got the original 144 and two speed fordmatic, and was a daily until the rego ran out, but needs the starter checked.

So I will probably get her running and give her good cruise before starting work, need to drive it for a bit to work out plans.

Hey are those old moon eyes throttle pedals still about and are they legal in a new car? Nice ride btw, I love the original shape falcons. Nice place to hide a BF 4.0L in.

Aw, go on, keep the rat rod look!! Everybody and their dog does the shiny paint pleeze don't touch, I just polished it thing.. I mean, each to their own, but if that was mine I'd give it a quick clean and say `done' with the body - I love the airbags, V8 etc ideas tho!

I agree. Very nice mate.

Sad to see the EF go, but I'm sure this will be just as interesting.
