I did the same with my EB grill don't think so mate ... coz i compared the backs of both & could not see any obvious repairs there .... could see repairs elsewhere, just not there  ... might grab a damaged xr grille from somewhere & mod it to suit the aftermarket twin light setup   as i'm not really that impressed with the factory lights oohh ... forgot ta mention . . . . yours is coming along gooood! |

Mad2, use imgur, they don't seem to have a limit...in saying that I just posted images through imgur and they don't show in the thread, have to right click and view image for some reason

ok ... not a great deal happening . . . . . ..
so far i'm at this stage  this is the parts wagooon .... FordEtis says it's a gli with manual aircon . . but it has auto aircon? & loom has privoso for the factory tweeters  door trims will be changed to the EL trims & the trims in the cargo area has been changed to the EL style which look heaps betterer than the EA/EB/ED rear trims. the interior is going from the darker grey to the lighter style from the EB2/EL. the old interior....
 the 'new' interior trims from the EL wagooon  looks more 'modern' & will then allow me to fit the chrome handles will leave her with manual windows but fit the wiring for pwr windows so i don't have to pull up the seats & carpet again lol.has anyone fitted the AU door trims but left the EA-ED dash?? how did it look & fit?? any pics?? removed bumpers from parts wagooon & grabbed some new pieces from melb & Adelaide [coming]
 also compared the floor in the AU parts car with the two EB's ..... def different floors   back to ploddin on . . . ... still have a bit to come off the parts wagoooon before it goes

still slowly strippin the parts car . . . ..
tryied removing the heater/aircon unit ... couldn't get to a nut so took off rocker cover ... and went HOLY TOLEDO FATMAN!! .... the rocker gear looks so frackin clean   anyway .... back to sloggin on . . . . ..
