Come grab the tcm from the nf if you like, will be causing the trans problems and likely the fans too.

Your missing plug go to a sensor in the lower manifold? IAT sensor. Wires are lengthened and the plug is changed for the au one, should be easy to find it. Then just swap the plug over from your old loom
And plug it in. May not run well without it, ECU is Probably confused.

Re the steering column, I am using the EB column and pedal box.

I just removed the two dash to steering box bolts the EF/EL dash use.

Cheers

So have not done much the last few weeks just neatened up everything.

Put in a electric antenna today and a 94DA TCM.

still have a slight shudder on low rpm. not sure what it is. iv put in a new fuel pump and filter as the pressure was low.

all sensors and everything seem to be ok. but runs great when you boot it so no idea

put in a EF pedal box so the plug box thing behind the dash had somewere to go.

put in a ef combo switch just took the outer casing from a ef column and put it over the nc column.

repainted all the outer door trims to make them look a little nicer.

swaped the altenator for a EF one to suit the new loom

new dizzy cap and coil.

anyway few pics

well attacked everything that i know with a mutli-meter,

Tps was reading 1.48v on idle so that does not help much, set it to 0.98v and its alot more responsive and idles a little better,

still have a rich smell and a shudder, can only think the Maf sensor, does anyone know if there is a way to check if it is functioning using a multi-meter, also if anyone has a EF V8 ecu pinout that would be great so i can trace back all the wires and make sure the signals are getting to the ecu to eliminate any breaks, cuts and shorts in the loom

Apline type S 2 way rears and 2 apline type s 12inch subs.

currently using the stock amp and im surprised how much punch it has will get some new amps once the bank fills up again

well some fiddling today, thought i would hide the power loom in the quater panel. was pretty easy as the NC gives plenty of room behind the indicator area, only had to extend the alternator line and the colant level sensor.

also swaped the battery arround to make it look alot nicer

decided to lower it a little more,

found that it never had lowererd spings in the first place it was just the shockies had died,

put new sway bar d bushed, linkpins and rack ends, Pedders rear shocks and Monroe low rides short struts for the front with SSL alround.

looks the part and handles like a dream now also gave it a clean and picked up a camber kit for $10 with good bushes
