Hey guys

Picked my BA waggon up yesterday.

$6000 from melbourne flew there in the morning and drove it back to Adelaide.

i did it in 1 tank of fuel so im wrapped.

Just a XT with 112km on it so not bad.

averaged 6.2L/100km so cant ask for anything better than that.

No mods at all on it dead stock.

Plans for a premium sound lower it and some BF XR8 rims on it and thats about it for now.

will put some better pics up later

when i left it in D for Dumb it sat about 9.7 on the freeway but put it in triptronic and leave it in 4th it went as low as 4.1 on a long stretch. and i did not think i would get that good economy out of it either.

now to see what its like in the city lol

it just seemed to run better in triptronic. mainly because it did not kick back down a gear when needing to get up a piss weak hill or overtaking it has enough torque to do that in top gear

you can put it in performace shift without changing gears and that is like turning eco off

Nicely done, price is pretty reasonable too I reckon for those kms.

I'll be watching, its cool to see people playing with wagons.

All tiptronic does is manual gearing, and if left in auto it changes gears at higher rpm. No eco mode or anything like that.

thats what we were saying, its like having an eco/ power button when its swtiched between "D"or tiptronic, we know it doesnt actually have that setting

well i got some woodgrain vinyl. i have not really seen it used as it is a pretty hard product to work with.

But i thought i would give it a shot.

came up ok no bubble's but not happy with the door spears when i clicked em back in some of the vinyl unstuck itself so i will take it off and do it again.

let me know what you think
