It all looked pretty sweet till that last shot of the boot with all the amp & sub wiring hanging down
Maybe extend or reroute those cables so it can all be laid out nicely and hidden.
Good job otherwise.

Hmmmm.....Noticed the wiring hanging down lol. Was a bit to lazy to do something there.

The seats...hhhmmm.. i think they are Fairmont Velor Seats. I love them, they're so comfy and firm from then the gli seats.

Nice work there - the velour really is comfortable...nicer than leather in some cases :|

Now you just need the external bits to have a complete mock up Asizzy :)

Nice EF you got there Asizzy, interior upgrade came out mint, engine bay looks pretty tidy too. Going with the Ghia theme, this would look mint dumped on some 15" Fairmont ghia rims i reckon 8-)

Have you thought about mounting the amps on the back of the rear seats and running the cabling underneath the carpet?

How well does the free air subwoofer work? Im thinking of changing to one of them if they are decent, would definately save a bit of bootspace over a boxed 12" sub

I am interested in what amps/speakers you are running. You are running 0 and 4 gauge. Are you just using thick wires for the hell of it, or are you runing some serious gear?

Don't want to sound stupid or anything. The 0 and 4 Gauge wires are plugged into stock Amps and decent second hand speakers. I can't afford hardcore gear atm, so i am just leaving a provision for future upgrading when i get some spare cash to invest in the sound system. Like everyone i need ca$h. Atm i'm saving for an auto rebuild.

Hi,
I thought about mounting them on the back of the seats but i may need access to the boot. i.e If i need to load something long i can fold the seats down. Well it would damage the Amps if i would do that.

Hmmm, i dont think the sub sounds too great since it's in free air and not enclosed. You cant really hear the "Thumping" unless you you put the volume pretty high. I have pretty decent 2nd hand alpine front speakers. :) I replaced all the stock ones well since they are pretty crap. But i still have stock tweeters in the car.

PS. this idea of amp and sub location mounting place i got from another member. you know who you are.
