Even the dash?

Because that would look wayyyyyyyyyy out of place if everything was cappa except the dash

Did you get the plastic hump for under the EL carpet?

Did you sort out a hood lining?

What about the rest of the interior conversion from the guy you bought it off of. Is he still being big kent and not returning your phone calls?

For a quick fix dont use a heater box.

Join the 2 hoses that go to the heater box with a pipe.

I would say you need to use an EL one as you need the electric motors for the vents for climate control.

Heater box should be fine.

The only thing I had to change is the vacuum valve box on the far left. It needs to be slightly left of the radio frame work.

Have a look at an EF/EL with the dash out, and compare it to yours. Take pics to make it easier.

If the new dash has climate control, then it isn't too hard to convert your GLi heater box to Fairmont specs.

Cheers
BenJ

Interesting mate.

Although I dont think Mick has the time to muck around with it as he is not come to terms with the fact that his car will not be ready for AFD

Sorry Mick

I have the el Climate control one, But like i said... its only a dodge job to get it to AFD! Then After AFD the car is getting stripped for the complete EL fairmont loom, New engine, BBM, Thermo fans and maybe a 5speed if i can find one in time..
