Finished the skirt yet? Also fixed the rubber/rock spray you got at Pier 35 last month?

Ok where do I begin, I started the journey by fixing all the dints and filling the taxi roof holes that have been covered with tape for the last 12 months

As this is the first time I've ever done major surgery on body work before, I thought I would consult the pros... Youtube and Whoosha

***Caution.. The Below may contain over dramatized information***
Anyway so the repairs had started, firstly I belted the **** out of the raised sections in the roof(bolts holes)... cut up some old pc power supplies into little squares then gaffa taped the to the under side of the roof..(at this stage you are probably not thinking if i had removed the roof lining... but i'm gonna tell you anyway, I removed the roof lining by taking out all necessary screws then pulled as hard as i could and it eventually never came out so i just left it in there, Just incase Jase wants to question me on it :P)

after sanded back the area with 80grit, pulled out the trusty MIG and made and absolute mess... slag and **** went everywhere, next out came the angle grinder..that's right you guess it I grinded down the welds...

That was the fun bit...

out came the filler and i have been sanding and filling for ******* hours.....BUT.... shes done

Well sorta

good news is, with the size age and usage of this car there is only 1 dint .. and my god that was easy to fix took me a total of 40 mins

So anyway.. the quest shall continue tomorrow with 600 grit wet& dry over the whole car, then hopefully if it all goes to plan paint will be on saturday

For now I leave you with some PICS
