I thought I may as well start a build thread for the wagon and the fairmont

firstly the wagon

It's a stock standard 94 ED automatic wagon that was bought from the local car yard for $1000 with a blue slip.
She wasn't much to look at the start.
So far the work done to it is as follows
EL XR8 thermo fans intalled and soon to be wired up once my relays arrive
nice mid range Pioneer head unit and Pioneer 6" two ways bolted in the front doors with new wiring throughout for the stereo install
nice flame affect roof lining

work and mods to come are as follows
install and wire up pioneer amp and sub
install 6" pioneer two ways in the tailgate
wire up a 12v outlet in the cargo area
finish off the thermo install
sports steering wheel
new locks and barrel
and service the engine and transmission
that's the imediate work and mods

secondly the fairmont

she is a Kashmir coloured 2007 BF Fairmont Ghia mk2
6 speed auto
premo sound
which was bought from a car yard in Sydney

She is stock but mods will be comming soon
mods that will defintely be happening are as follows
tint
iPod cable
extractors and exhaust
mags minimum of 18's maybe 19's

pics will be asap

any comments or ideas greatly appreciated

cheers bear

hey

yeah the ghis is nice :)
$30,000 and its just over 60,000 kays but its absolutely unmolested and is awesome condition
the price may be a bit steep but the impreza was comming up for a major service and it needed a new clutch, so off the subaru went in favor of the fairmont

cheers bear

ok now i am p****d off just pulled the passenger side gaurd of for the first time and some idiot has snapped the aerial lead and joined it back together using electrical tape LOL

harness for the thermo's is now complete just need to drill 2 holes under the gaurd for earths for the fans temperature gauge sender and a little light that will be connected to the power out of the thermatic switch so i will know the fans are on.

and yes i was hoping to get pictures but the corner of the garage where the wagon is stil to dark for even a camera with a flash and its too dark of a day time, so once again pictures are out of the question once again, i guess i cant complain to much at least i can work on the wagon on fairmont when its pissing down rain and i have access to water and power.

thats my ramblings in this thread for tonight LOL

cheers bear
