Yahayyyyyy. I can now go have a bath and put my broken back to bed. You've always got to wait for the New Zealander to come along with the answers, the ideas and the style.

These Aussies may own our banks, our Telco's and our hotels. But the only reason I'd go there is to see what our money has bought them.

Just out curiosity with regards to bens wagon driving off, are they meant to start in gear from factory as mine will only start in neutral, clutch in or out unlike my mates hilux?

Loving the picks ben, really brings it up.

Thinking about doing that Indicator Mod do you think another colour instead of black maybe "Everglade Green" would look good ?

your neutral start sensor is either broken or the plug is the wrong way around.

Interesting, well i was under the impression it wasn't polar sensitive, just working on resistance, but i hope that's the issue. yeah wasn't sure if it was meant to be like that or not. although, would it be wise to leave it this way so i don't do what ben did, or does it sense the clutch in off the cruise switch anyway.?
Cheers

You lot are funny bunch LOL

Re the neutral switch, I have no idea how the factory has it wired up. At the moment, mine is set up so that if it is in gear, it won't crank the starter motor. There is nothing connected to the clutch.

Cheers
BenJ

BenJ, love all the work you have done and I spent over an hour last night reading this thread

I was doing a little search for a pic of an ED this evening and came across what I THOUGHT was your car on WikiMedia and thought you would like to see it.

{DESCRIPTION}. Keep up the good work :)

I changed this post because I made a boo boo, OLD eyes aren't as good as they used to be

Thanks Papa Smurf.

Actually, that makes 4 Black Pearl Wagons I have seen, including mine.

Not exactly a common creature. Mine is the only Ghia I have seen.
