Well, at least we just a tiny bit of thought going into it from you lot, but XR-Lane is in the correct general area.

That round thing used to the right front strut bump rubber.

I had noticed a bit of extra noise so pulled the wheel off on Saturday morning thinking the strut had finally died, but found the bump stop had fallen out and landed between the coil spring and strut housing. Therefore, my first job of the day was to remove the strut, disassemble, locate a good spare I had lying around and put it all back together again. YAY!

I did check the left one, and it is not much better, but decided to replace that one this coming Saturday.

Cheers
BenJ

A bump stop rubber you say?
I was thinking it was the mangled remains of a rubber butt plug.
I actually lost mine the other week and was thinking that Ben had found it for me............bummer.

Just Fiberglass it back up and she will be OK mate, but you can sand it yourself, I'm itching all over again after doing your other bit for you, look like it had snowed here.

LOL, fibreglass is not the solution to ALL things SWC!!!!

But, I am pleased to hear the other bit has progressed some more.

I will be down again on Friday before hitting KKs.

Cheers

I had enough glass dust in my hair the other day, to use it instead of hair spray hehe.
