piss easy.. 2 screws is all that holds each tail light lense in.. then unclip the looms.. buy a prduct called "tint shades".. in the form of a spray can.. tape up your lense's.. prepare the surface to be sprayed clean of dirt/oil grease.. and away you spray.. more spraying = darker tint.. although darker looks tacky and cops wont like it... keep it light...

nice ride BTW bi66uy... 8-)

While I haven't done anything new to the car for a while, I thought I'd post some recent pics.

Yeah, the lights themselves we're pretty easy to fit, but cutting the grills was the preverbial "Thorn in the side" because they had to be cut flush so the spotlights could sit flush against them. Just to cut the grills took about four hours, and to fit and wire the spotlights took about an hour, so all up about five hours and about $80 later ($25 of it was for my mate to do it), but it does make the car stand out among other fairmonts.

Update: I now have a woodgrain t-bar surround fitted, and I picked it up for $50, which I think is bloody cheap.

Here's the fairmont stickers/decals:

(And I know that they're not totally straight, nor are they in the same spot as each other, but who can look at both sides at the same time?)

I know it's not much of a mod, but I may as well post some pics of it; chrome handbrake button.

I've also removed the Fairmont stickers/decals and am still deciding on whether to have chrome lettering instead.
