I finally have a decent update on the EL :P.

The car gets serviced on Thursday, but that's not all.
Once the service is done, I have a special something waiting for the EL ;).

So hopefully it should be fitted and tuned within the next couple of weeks and new figures will be posted up once it's done.

I've said it before, but the car looks great and the photos are great too.

I'd be checking under that steering wheel cover though. They often melt to the wheel or at least discolour it, and they are for grannies anyway :P

The only reason why I've got the steering wheel cover is there are small chunks taken out of the top of the steering wheel, i'm looking at getting a XR steering wheel sometime down the track.

Well........, the car is back from Bruce Heinrich and I gotta say that I'm very pleased with the results, I'll just let the dyno sheet speak for itself:
Image

It ran 134kw on the first run without the chip, and as you see it managed 144.1kw with the capa chip tuned and speed limiter removed ;D.

thats a great improvement, you can see how much he tidied up the AFR's......

with yours being en EL, did he play with the dizzy timing at all, or does the chip take care of that?

He did play with the dizzy and he also played with the timing. Like you said, the AFR's are definately tidier as the car was running quite rich in mid-range before.
